A KILLER’S CONFESSION Drummer Quits Mid-Tour, Ex-MUSHROOMHEAD Drummer Steps In

Well, well, well… A KILLER’S CONFESSION just got haunted by another MUSHROOMHEAD ghost. Their drummer Kegan King recently ditched the squad mid-tour like someone realized they left the oven on. Enter Daniel Fox – yep, another MUSHROOMHEAD alumni – to bash the skins instead. At this point, AKC might as well rebrand as “MUSHROOMHEAD: The Retirement Home Edition.” Frontman Waylon Reavis (who, fun fact, belted screams for MUSHROOMHEAD for 12 years) is now touring with ex-bandmates J MANN and ST1TCH, because nothing says “family reunion” like sharing a crusty tour van.

“ITS BEEN A CRAZY 24 hours,” A KILLER’S CONFESSION hollered online. “Our van broke down and may not be able to get fixed but the show must go on!!! We have temporary transportation and we are moving forward with the tour! That being said Kegan has decided that he no longer wants to tour with us. He decided to leave on his terms mid tour. Please welcome Daniel Fox on drums for AKC for the rest of the tour and here forward. LETS GO!!!!! AKC IS A MACHINE!! Please welcome Danny!!!!” (Caps lock: the official font of rock ‘n’ roll meltdowns.)

Meanwhile, MUSHROOMHEAD – the masked metal carnival that’s been confusing normies since 1993 – is probably somewhere nodding solemnly. AKC’s remaining tour dates with VENTANA and AETERNUM are below. Pro tip: The Whisky a Go Go show on 4/16? That’s the same L.A. dive where Jim Morrison once got banned for life. History, people!
