ALICE IN CHAINS Drummer SEAN KINNEY Suffers ‘Medical Emergency; Tonight’s Show Canceled

ALICE IN CHAINS had to bail on their gig last Thursday (May 9) at Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut after drummer Sean Kinney had a “non-life-threatening” health scare. Hey, at least it’s not a zombie apocalypse, right?

The band dropped a super-chill statement: “After soundcheck, Sean had a not-gonna-die-anytime-soon medical situation. Tonight’s show’s canceled. Our bad. Get your refunds, folks.” Classic rock drama, but at least they’re alive to tweet about it.

Now, mark your calendars, because ALICE IN CHAINS is still hitting these shows like a caffeine-addicted roadie:
MMRBQ in Camden, NJ (May 10)
SONIC TEMPLE in Columbus, OH (May 11)
WELCOME TO ROCKVILLE in Daytona, FL (May 16)
Plus, bonus stops in Nashville (May 13) and Dothan, AL (May 15).
