Biohazard’s North American Tour Wobbles, Bayway Bails and Plots Their Own DIY Trek

Looks like things are getting messy in the Biohazard camp. The Brooklyn hardcore legends’ fall North American headlining tour with Onyx, Bayway, and Swollen Teeth appears to be falling apart.

Several promoters have reportedly pulled the plug on shows due to low ticket sales, leaving Biohazard with only a handful of confirmed dates still standing.

Frontman Billy Graziadei addressed the situation on Instagram, confirming that the Chicago date was canceled — and not by the band.

“It’s 99% of the time the promoters, guys,” Graziadei wrote. “They get nervous because they didn’t do their job and promote the show and let people know a band is playing! Been like this since we started!”

Meanwhile, Bayway have officially dropped off the tour, citing “unforeseen circumstances.” In true DIY spirit, the band apparently refused to sit still — they’ve already thrown together a new tour of their own in just 24 hours.

They posted the following message:

“YO WE ARE ANNOUNCING A TOUR WE PUT TOGETHER IN 24 HOURS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
WE WILL NOT BE STOPPED AND WE NEED YOU TO COME OUT AND SUPPORT THESE DIY SHOWS.
WE ARE STILL PICKING UP SHOWS AND GETTING THE FLYERS READY AS WE SPEAK,
SO KEEP YA 👀 OPEN AND WATCH THIS SPACE.
SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE WHO CAME THROUGH AND HELPED US OUT LAST MINUTE.”

So while Biohazard’s tour may be crumbling, Bayway’s already turning chaos into opportunity — proving once again that hardcore never really dies, it just finds a basement to play in.
