If you thought Welcome to Rockville had already packed enough chaos into its Daytona Beach lineup, surprise — there’s more. The festival’s latest “drip feed” of announcements (their words, not ours) has added Dethklok, Cradle of Filth, Dragonforce, Nekrogoblikon, Avatar, Psychostick, and Galactic Empire to the ever-expanding list of over 140 acts. Because nothing says “Florida in May” like corpse paint, hyperspeed solos, and a guy in a goblin costume.
The four-day extravaganza returns May 7–10, 2026, once again taking over the Daytona International Speedway, proving that NASCAR and metalcore share more overlap than anyone asked for.
This year’s lineup is basically a chaotic Spotify algorithm come to life, featuring My Chemical Romance, Bring Me the Horizon, Ice Nine Kills, Lorna Shore, The Offspring, Sevendust, Motionless in White, Rise Against, and about a hundred more names your wristband won’t survive long enough to see.
Meanwhile, Dethklok will bring animated death metal to the real world again, Cradle of Filth will make sure everyone knows gothic eyeliner never died, and Dragonforce will perform at roughly the speed of light. Somewhere in the middle, Psychostick will probably play a song about tacos, and Galactic Empire will make Darth Vader proud by shredding through John Williams themes at warp speed.
Tickets are on sale now — because you’ll need several months to mentally, physically, and financially prepare for this much distortion.
