After roaring back to life in 2025 with their first live shows in nearly two decades, DRY KILL LOGIC aren’t slowing down. The New York metal powerhouse has officially started writing their first full-length record in almost 20 years — the aptly titled Your Sins Will Find You — and announced a headlining trek for spring 2026, the “Decades Of Distance Tour.”
Formed back in 1994 under the name HINGE, DRY KILL LOGIC left a lasting mark on the early 2000s heavy scene with their fusion of nu-metal grit, hardcore energy, and metalcore punch. Their debut The Darker Side Of Nonsense (2001) produced underground staples like “Nightmare” and “Rot,” while follow-ups The Dead And Dreaming (2004) and Of Vengeance & Violence (2006) pushed the boundaries further — earning them spots alongside Slayer, Fear Factory, Killswitch Engage, Disturbed, and Mastodon.
After stepping away in 2007, the band slowly reignited the flame with singles like “Vices” (2019) and “Don’t See Ghosts” (2020), but it was 2025’s comeback — featuring appearances at Welcome To Rockville, Inkcarceration, Aftershock, and Rock Fest — that reminded everyone how explosive they still are. Their latest single, “Now You Belong With The Dead,” bridges the brutal edge of their early sound with a darker, more atmospheric intensity.
“This year has been an unbelievable dream,” says frontman Cliff Rigano. “Now the time has come to write new music.”
Working with producer Greg Thomas (END, Misery Signals, Shai Hulud), the upcoming Your Sins Will Find You promises to channel that signature DKL aggression while exploring new depths of melody and texture.
To mark the occasion, DRY KILL LOGIC will hit the road in 2026 for the “Decades Of Distance Tour,” returning to cities they haven’t played in more than 20 years. Select shows will feature support from New Jersey metal bruisers Dizasterpiece.
“To finally return to these cities after all these years is something we never thought would happen,” says guitarist Jason Bozzi. “We’re incredibly excited to see everyone again.”
