So, MANY EYES – y’know, the newish metalcore brainchild of EVERY TIME I DIE’s ex-frontman Keith Buckley, who’s probably still having *thoughts* about that band name’s existential vibe – just announced they’re hitting the road this fall. Because what’s a post-ETID project without constant touring, right? (Fun fact: Buckley once jokingly said he’d tattoo “ETID” on his knuckles but opted for actual lyrics. Smart move.)
The gang’s schlepping across the East Coast and Midwest starting September 25th in Albany, because upstate New York clearly needs more riffs. They’ll hit Philly’s Kung Fu Necktie (great name for a dive bar that probably smells like stale PBR) and even swing by Furnace Fest in Alabama to melt faces alongside other bands whose entire diets consist of Monster Energy and sheer rage. (Pro tip: Stretch before their set – those mosh pits double as cardio.)
Meanwhile, MANY EYES is also cooking up their second album, because apparently Keith doesn’t sleep. They’ve been “teasing” studio clips all summer like a dad posting gym selfies. No release date yet, but expect new tracks on tour – which you can totally catch… if you grab tickets here before your neighbor’s cousin’s roommate buys them all. Bonus fun fact: ETID’s 2022 breakup was so shockingly drama-free, it’s basically the UN of band splits.
