TOTO Announce Summer 2026 Tour — Prepare for a Nationwide “Africa” Weather Event

Apparently unbothered by the passage of time, changing musical trends, or the mortal limitations of normal humans, TOTO have announced a massive Summer 2026 North American tour with soft-rock demigod Christopher Cross and eternal-power-pop survivors The Romantics.
Yes, this is happening. No, you will not be safe.

The journey begins July 15 in Bethel, NY and runs through August 30 in Toronto — 32 shows of polite musical annihilation, yacht-rock wizardry, and at least 11 million collective plays of “Africa” per evening if the crowd has anything to say about it.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 12 at 10 a.m. local time, which means prepare your wallets, your nostalgia, and your inner dad.

TOTO: Still Streaming Like It’s 1982, But Somehow More

In 2025 alone the band pulled over a billion streams, proving once and for all that Gen Z is out there ironically vibing to “Hold The Line” at 3 a.m. on loop.
“Africa” hit 2 billion Spotify plays, which is roughly the number of times that song has been used to soundtrack memes, TikTok edits, and questionable karaoke nights.

TOTO also celebrated diamond status for “Africa,” meaning 10 million purchased copies, which in 2025 is basically like finding a unicorn.

Christopher Cross: The Man Who Beat the Grammys on His First Try

Joining the run is Christopher Cross — a man who walked into the 1980 Grammys, grabbed everything, and left without making eye contact. Five Grammys in one night. Album of the Year. Best New Artist. “Sailing.” The whole loot box.

He and TOTO have been touring the world together recently because apparently the 1980s have reassembled themselves into a traveling super-organism.

The Romantics: Still Talking In Your Sleep About It

Detroit legends The Romantics complete this triple-threat nostalgia strike. If you’ve ever heard “What I Like About You,” congratulations — you’ve already attended 40% of their setlist in a supermarket, mall, or beer commercial. But they also rip live, and it’s about time someone reminded people of that.
