Hold onto your black eyeliner, folks, because Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross (the brains behind NINE INCH NAILS) are throwing a festival that’s basically a goth nerd’s thesis project. Future Ruin Festival hits Los Angeles on November 8, and no, this isn’t your Coachella. Think less flower crowns, more “I studied film scores in a dimly lit basement.”
The lineup? A who’s-who of people who make music for movies that make you question your life choices. We’re talking composers who’ve soundtracked everything from existential dread to robot uprisings. And guess what? Some of these tracks have NEVER been played live. Cue the dramatic gasp.
“Imagine a festival where every artist is the main character. No opening acts, no hierarchy—just pure, unhinged creativity. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll wonder why that guy in the corner is playing a theremin.”
