WINDS OF PLAGUE Announces Summer/Fall 2025 Reunion Shows

Alright, gather ’round symphonic deathcore stans – your chaotic orchestra is back! 🎻🔥 WINDS OF PLAGUE, those drama-llama masters of blending orchestral swells with breakdowns that could crack concrete, just reunited their O.G. lineup. Mark your calendars before someone throws a harp at you:

🗓️ WINDS OF PLAGUE 2024 Apology Tour™ (for ghosting us for years):
Sep. 16 – Joliet, IL @ The Forge (because why NOT start in Illinois?)
Sep. 18 – Louisville, KY @ Louder Than Life (prepare for accidental moshpit flutes)
Oct. 03 – Sacramento, CA @ Aftershock (bring earplugs and maybe a therapist)

Fun fact: These guys originally called themselves BLEAK DECEMBER in 2002, which sounds like an indie holiday album, before upgrading to WINDS OF PLAGUE (because who doesn’t love a little ✨pestilencecore✨?). Their 2008 album “Decimate The Weak” basically invented the genre of “gentle piano intro…PSYCH, HERE’S A SCREAM.” Oh, and shoutout to their 2011 collab with pro wrestler Ultimate Warrior – because nothing says metal like surprise wrestling promos mid-song. 💀🤼

PS: Yes, they once had HATEBREED and TERROR members guest on tracks. Imagine that family Thanksgiving dinner.

Bottom line: They’re BACK-back, pretending it’s still 2008, ready to summon chaos with violins and pig squeals. Bring a helmet.
