Okay, prog nerds, strap in. The kings of 10-minute solos and time signature whiplash, DREAM THEATER, are hitting the road AGAIN after their 40th-anniversary tour sold out faster than you can say “Jordan Rudess keyboard solo.” Fresh off wrapping up at Radio City Music Hall in March, they’re rolling out the “An Evening With Dream Theater” tour – basically their way of saying “no opening band, just us flexing for three hours straight.” This time, they’re playing their latest album “Parasomnia” in full (because nothing says “party” like a concept album about sleep disorders) plus “classics” (read: 20-minute epics your neighbors definitely hate).
