Acid Bath Announce Second New Orleans Reunion Show

The response to Acid Bath‘s newly announced live return in New Orleans proved to be a popular ticket, promptly selling out. Yesterday, the reunited sludge metal band announced an April 25th show with Eyehategod at The Fillmore in New Orleans, LA. Upon promptly selling out, a second set at the same venue, this time with Exhorder opening, was announced for April 30th. Unsurprisingly, it too sold out almost immediately.

These shows are currently scheduled to serve as the influential sludge metal band’s first live performances in 28 years and will be followed by a string of festival appearances. Their 2025 incarnation includes vocalist Dax Riggs, guitarist/vocalist Sammy “Pierre” Duet, and guitarist/vocalist Mike Sanchez. Zack Simmons (Goatwhore, etc.) has been recruited to handle the drumming, while Alex Bergeron (ex-Agents Of Oblivion, etc.) is taking on the bass duties.
