After a triumphant run through summer 2025 supporting their debut album True and the live release Perpetual Change, Jon Anderson and The Band Geeks have revealed the first leg of their upcoming 2026 “YES Epics, Classics & More” tour.
The 10-date trek kicks off April 17 at the Ridgefield Playhouse in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and wraps up May 7 at the Royal Oak Theater in Detroit, Michigan. As on previous outings, fans can expect a career-spanning setlist featuring beloved YES classics, deep cuts, and highlights from True.
Meanwhile, Anderson and The Band Geeks are already hard at work on their second studio album, slated for release in the second half of 2026.
Formed originally by Richie Castellano of Blue Öyster Cult as a YouTube project, The Band Geeks caught Anderson’s attention after a friend showed him their performance of YES’s “Heart Of The Sunrise.” Their chemistry quickly evolved into a full-fledged collaboration and touring band.

In a 2024 interview with Mojo magazine, Anderson mentioned that he remains open to reconnecting with former YES bandmates Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe.
“I was talking to The Band Geeks and said, hopefully we can play in London and Steve will get up and do a couple of songs with us—maybe Rick too,” Anderson shared. “When I’m out there singing on my own, I still think I’m part of YES. They still feel like my songs.”
Anderson co-founded YES in 1968 alongside bassist Chris Squire, leading the band through its most iconic eras until his departure in 2008.
