AVENGED SEVENFOLD + GOOD CHARLOTTE Announce 2026 Tour, Emo Millennials Officially Lose Their Minds

In a crossover nobody predicted but everyone’s inner 2005 teenager immediately screamed about, Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte are teaming up for a Summer 2026 North American tour. Yes, the eyeliner titans of metal and pop-punk have decided to join forces, summon ancient MySpace spirits, and give Live Nation another reason to charge $48 for parking.

The 16-date run starts July 25 in Ridgedale, Missouri — because of course this saga begins in a place that sounds like a location from Red Dead Redemption — and ends August 27 in Phoenix, where everyone will melt.

Avenged Sevenfold: Still Rewriting Reality

A7X are fresh off dropping their new single “Magic”, which they casually premiered inside Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 because releasing music normally is beneath them now. The artwork comes courtesy of Wes Lang, the band released it independently, the internet freaked out, and somewhere a Deathbat glowed brighter.

It’s the first new track since 2023’s “Life Is But a Dream…”, AKA the album that made half the fanbase write think-pieces and the other half question their spiritual alignment. The band is still on their tech-guru, blockchain-experiment, “reinvent live music” crusade, and this tour appears to be the next chapter in their cyber-occult evolution.

Good Charlotte: Back, Loud, and Wearing Eyeliner Like None of Us Aged

Good Charlotte returned this year with “Motel Du Cap,” their first album in seven years, and critics weirdly loved it. Rolling Stone praised its “unrelenting energy,” Paper said they’re “here to stay,” and the band then proceeded to hit every TV show that still lets guitars on stage.

This will be their first North American tour since 2018, so prepare for the mass rediscovery of studded belts and fingerless gloves.

A Ticketing System So Complicated You Might Earn a PhD

The presale involves:
✔ Deathbats Club
✔ Token-based reward systems
✔ Digital wallets
✔ Dapps
✔ A verification process that reads like a blockchain wizard’s side quest

Apparently, all of this exists to keep bots and scalpers away, but we’re pretty sure it’s also a stealth test of your crypto literacy.

VIP packages naturally include the usual perks: backstage tours, exclusive merch, laminates, and in Good Charlotte’s case, voting where VIP proceeds get donated — which is honestly wholesome.
