NEVERMORE Forced to Drop Off ProgPower USA Amid Work Permit Delays

NEVERMORE have announced they will no longer appear at this year’s ProgPower USA, citing ongoing delays in securing a work permit for their new vocalist.

In a message to fans, the band explained that plans for a U.S. return have been slowed by the lengthy process, noting that the situation has taken much longer than expected. While they remain committed to making it happen, the timing simply isn’t there yet.

As a result, NEVERMORE have officially withdrawn from ProgPower USA, offering apologies to organizers and fans who were hoping to catch them live.

Despite the setback, the band reassured fans that new music is on the way and confirmed their intention to return to U.S. stages in 2027, promising it will be worth the wait.

In the meantime, NEVERMORE are shifting focus to international touring, with additional dates expected to be announced soon.
