Legendary SoCal punk band Black Flag have announced a massive new leg of their The First Four Years Tour that will run from late 2024 to early 2025. The 42-date tour begins in San Antonio, TX on December 5th and ends in Albuquerque, NM on January 28th. All but one of the announced dates are in the U.S. No supporting acts appear to be involved in the tour.
The previous leg of the The First Four Years Tour consisted of 27 dates. It ran earlier this year from late July through late August. As its name implies, the tour is centered around Black Flag’s 1983 compilation album The First Four Years— which features all the music the band put out before lead vocalist Henry Rollins joined the fray in 1981. This includes the EPs Nervous Breakdown, Jealous Again, and Six Pack.
