Alright, hold onto your air guitars, folks – the Grammy-nominated chaos-masters of extreme power metal, DRAGONFORCE, just dumped MORE North American dates on their “Warp Speed Warriors” world tour. Because apparently, playing at “warp speed” wasn’t exhausting enough?
DRAGONFORCE’s resident fretboard wizard Herman Li declared (between TikTok streams of him shredding while microwaving ramen, probably): “You asked for it, so we’ve added more USA headline shows! We’re hitting the northeast coast first before festival season and rocking out with our wolf-pack pals in POWERWOLF. These gigs are your LAST CHANCE to witness our keyboardist’s suspiciously perfect hair in North America. Don’t sleep on it!”
VIP upgrades? Yeah, those exist. Snag ’em on their website before they’re gone faster than their guitarists’ pick collection.
Tickets for all new shows drop Friday, June 20 at 10 a.m. local time. Set alarms. Bribe coworkers. Do what you must.

Hot off the press: DRAGONFORCE dropped a Collab™ no one saw coming – a spicy alt-version of “Burning Heart” with ARCH ENEMY’s growl-queen Alissa White-Gluz (fun fact: she’s vegan, so her screams are 100% cruelty-free). Originally a bonus track on their 2024 album “Warp Speed Warriors”, it’s now a standalone single because streaming algorithms demanded it.
Since 1999, DRAGONFORCE has been the planet’s de facto soundtrack for button-mashing Guitar Hero meltdowns (we’re lookin’ at you, “Through The Fire And Flames”). Their new album’s already racked up millions of streams, probably from people trying to air-drum without dislocating a shoulder.
This summer, they’re wrapping up the European leg of their tour – playing festivals and tag-teaming stages with POWERWOLF – before invading North America to convert more mortals into power metal fanatics.
Bonus randomness: In May 2024, DRAGONFORCE partnered with “Brawl Stars” (that mobile game your cousin won’t shut up about) to launch a new character with a song called “A Draco Tale”. Because why not?
