Furnace Fest cancel Friday show with Moments In Grace reunion

Furnace Fest organizers have announced the cancellation of the Friday after show originally scheduled for October 3rd at Workplay in Birmingham, AL. That gig was set to feature the exclusive reunion of Moments In Grace along with Summer Rental.

No replacement event has been announced.

Furnace Fest 2025 is set to take place Friday October 3rd-5th at Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, AL, featuring a weekend full of performances from Knocked Loose, Jimmy Eat World, Dropkick Murphys, Kublai Khan TX, Comeback Kid, Drain, Zao, Counterparts, On Broken Wings, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Converge and more.

Moments In Grace have shared a short statement via their social media leading fans to believe the reunion may in fact not happen in the near future.

We would have loved nothing more than to step on that stage, relive our album, and share those times again with the people we love. But after much reflection, it’s become clear that it just isn’t in the cards for us — not now, not ever.

Our deepest thanks go out to Chad and Josh, and to @furnacefest as a whole, for believing in us and inviting us. We’re sorry we won’t be there alongside you this time, but we’ll always be grateful for the opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who has carried this music with them after all these years. Your love and support mean more than words can say.
