Get ready to trade your green beer for blast beats — SHAMROCK SLAUGHTER FEST 2026 is coming in hot.
Set for March 13–14 at Piere’s Entertainment Center and Stan’s Room in Fort Wayne, Indiana, this all-ages St. Patrick’s Day weekend throwdown is stacking the deck with 28 bands across two stages. Leading the charge are death metal pillars INCANTATION and modern wrecking crew SANGUISUGABOGG, turning what’s usually a haze of questionable decisions into a full-blown extreme metal pilgrimage.
Built from the ground up by Gravemind Entertainment’s Braxton Keyser, the festival is designed as a cross-generational celebration of death metal — from genre-defining legends to the young blood keeping it vicious. As Keyser puts it, the goal is simple: unite every corner of extreme music under one roof and build something the entire scene can stand behind year after year.
Beyond the carnage, INCANTATION will also bring their ongoing food drive to the fest. Attendees are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items — because nothing says “community” like crushing riffs and actual community support.
Friday, March 13 kicks off shortly after doors open at 5 p.m., with devastation running through 11:30 p.m. Saturday, March 14 opens at 2 p.m., with bands blasting until around midnight.
