TOM MORELLO, the legendary guitarist for RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE and AUDIOSLAVE (because who can forget his iconic riffs in “Cochise” or “Killing in the Name”?), is heading to Canada – not once, but TWICE this year!
First up, in July, Morello is bringing his Electric Full Band Show to British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. You know, the usual – high-energy rock, face-melting solos… Fun fact: Tom Morello is known for his innovative use of effects pedals and guitar techniques – he’s like a mad scientist, but with better riffs.
Later, in October and November, he’s taking it down a notch with A Night Of Stories & Music in Ontario and Quebec. Sounds like a cozy night in, right? Morello himself describes it as: “OH, CANADA! I’m bringing my solo acoustic show, A Night Of Stories & Music, your way this fall. Dangerous chords will be strummed! Dangerous songs will be sung! Dangerous truths will be spoken! Some shows have already been announced – stay tuned for more to follow.” Because, you know, who doesn’t love a good acoustic set with some storytelling thrown in?
