RISE AGAINST To Release New Album In August 2025; US Tour Dates Announced

It’s time to get ready for some serious ROCK as RISE AGAINST are back with their most epic tunes yet! Their new album, Ricochet, is dropping on August 15th via Loma Vista Recordings, marking their first album in four years. The talented Grammy-winner Catherine Marks (known for her work with BOYGENIUS, FOALS, MANCHESTER ORCHESTRA, and ST. VINCENT) produced the 12-track album, while Alan Moulder (the genius behind NINE INCH NAILS, PARAMORE, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, and THE KILLERS) mixed it. RISE AGAINST are all about making you think – who really benefits from all the division and discontent around us? The band wants you to take a step back, think about how your actions affect others, and consider the power structures that keep things the way they are.

Vocalist Tim McIlrath says: “Ricochet is about our collective inter-connectedness. We started with the title track and that being about how we’re all — whether we like it or not — stuck in the same room, so to speak. Everything you do is going to affect somebody; everything you throw will affect the next person. We’re connected to other countries, other economies; we’re connected to undocumented immigrants. We’re connected to every decision our leaders make. It’s all one big ricochet effect. That idea is the backbone of this album.”

RISE AGAINST are gearing up for a massive summer tour, having already rocked LA’s Kia Forum and toured across three continents this year. Catch them on their EU/UK tour and festival headliner run in June, followed by Vans Warped Tour, and dozens of arena and amphitheater shows in the US.
