TRIVIUM Announces North American Tour With JINJER And HERIOT

Alright, metalheads, TRIVIUM – you know, those Grammy-nominated riff lords who somehow still have functional eardrums – just wrapped a mostly sold-out spring 2025 tour. But guess what? They’re already back to torment your neighbors with a Fall 2025 headline tour called “Ascend Above The Ashes”. Because apparently, sleep is for the weak.

The chaos kicks off October 31 in Myrtle Beach (trick-or-treat with blast beats, anyone?) and stomps through December 14 in Orlando. Special guests? Oh, just the Ukrainian metal juggernaut JINJER, whose vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk could probably shatter glass with her growls. UK bruisers HERIOT are warming up the crowd – consider them your friendly neighborhood existential crisis soundtrack.

Tickets go live Friday, June 20 at 10 a.m. local time. Set those alarms, or just accept that scalpers will win.

“We’re pumped to bring this metal circus to life,” claims TRIVIUM’s Matt Heafy, who likely hasn’t aged since 2005. “Expect riffs, sweat, and maybe a mosh pit or twelve. JINJER and HERIOT? They’re the future – if humanity survives their sets.” (Note: Quotes preserved, but we’re pretty sure he whispered this while sharpening a battle axe.)

While they’re still milking the 20th anniversary of Ascendancy – you know, that album that made Kerrang! lose its mind in 2005 – TRIVIUM will also crash Louder Than Life and Aftershock this fall. Because festival season isn’t complete without at least three Trivium T-shirts in the crowd.

*JINJER’s taking a bathroom break these nights. Or conquering another dimension. Who knows.

Fun fact: TRIVIUM recently teamed with BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE for “The Poisoned Ascendancy” tour, where they played their 2005 albums in full. Because nostalgia sells, folks – and also, those albums still slap.

Ascendancy trivia: It went gold in the UK, sold half a million globally, and TRIVIUM’s 2005 Download Fest set was voted Kerrang!’s 10th best gig EVER. Not bad for guys who probably couldn’t legally rent a tour van yet.
