Godspeed You! Black Emperor has sadly postponed the remainder of their US tour due to illness. Godspeed You! Black Emperor‘s label Constellation broke the news, saying all tickets are valid for future dates, but refunds are also available for those who don’t wanna wait. In the meantime, you can grab a copy of Godspeed You! Black Emperor‘s latest record “NO​ ​TITLE AS OF 13 FEBRUARY 2024 28​,​340 DEAD” here. It’s beautiful, it’s heartbreaking, and it’s very Godspeed.

“The Godspeed You! Black Emperor Fall 2024 US tour has been postponed due to illness. Information regarding rescheduled dates will be forthcoming. All tickets purchased will remain valid for future dates, however refunds will be available at the point of purchase. Everything will be okay. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Constellation issued a previous update over the weekend saying Godspeed You! Black Emperor hoped to carry on the tour after a handful of cancelled shows: “After having to cancel shows in Nashville, Knoxville, and Atlanta to deal with a band health situation, the Godspeed You! Black Emperor North American tour is expected to resume on Saturday, 16 November, in Charleston. The band hopes to get to the missed cities in 2025. Thanks for your patience and understanding.”
