WAR ON WOMEN Announce Spring 2026 U.S. Tour

War On Women are gearing up to hit the road in March 2026, launching a new chapter for the band as they roll out fresh material alongside longtime fan favorites.

The Baltimore-based punk outfit recently returned with the new single “Precious Problem,” offering the first taste of what’s ahead and signaling that more new music is on the way. This spring run will mark the band’s first U.S. tour in support of their upcoming album, Time Under Tension, due out in 2026.

Vocalist Shawna Potter shared her excitement about the upcoming dates, particularly the long-awaited return to the West Coast:

“I’m so stoked to get back to the West Coast. This is our first run of shows with the new album out, so the songs are fresh and we’re excited about them. We spent a lot of time on Time Under Tension, and to finally be able to share it with everyone feels really good.”

In addition to the tour announcement, “Precious Problem” serves as a preview of the band’s next era, with further details on Time Under Tension expected to be revealed in the coming months.

About War On Women

For more than a decade, War On Women have operated at the intersection of punk rock, activism, and community. True to their name, the band has consistently addressed social and political issues through a lens of intersectionality and empathy, crafting songs that respond directly to current events while rejecting division.

From the acclaimed Wonderful Hell to appearances at Download Festival Australia, Riot Fest, and Warped Tour, as well as tours with Alkaline Trio, Bad Religion, Jawbreaker, and more, War On Women’s impact extends far beyond the stage.

Each member brings a distinct life experience into the band: vocalist Shawna Potter is an author, advocate, and intimacy coordinator; guitarist Brooks Harlan designs and builds guitar amplifiers; bassist Sue Werner works as a senior programming analyst at the Johns Hopkins Institute for Data Intensive Engineering and Science; and guitarist Jenarchy serves as a Rock Camp Director — all contributing to the band’s uniquely informed and powerful sound.
