DARK TRANQUILLITY Return To The U.S. With SOEN On Scandinavian Heavy Arts Tour 2026

Good news for melodic death metal lifers and progressive metal travelers alike: DARK TRANQUILLITY are officially returning to the United States this spring as part of the Scandinavian Heavy Arts Tour.

The run will feature co-headliners SOEN and DARK TRANQUILLITY, bringing two very different shades of Scandinavian heaviness under one roof, with PERSEFONE joining as special guests for the entire tour. Expect nights that shift smoothly from progressive precision to melodic darkness — the kind of bill that actually makes sense on paper and on stage.

The tour kicks off in late March and stretches through April, hitting major U.S. and Canadian cities before wrapping up in Detroit. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00 a.m. local time, and judging by past DARK TRANQUILLITY U.S. runs, hesitation is not recommended.
