It has taken nearly three decades, but GREENLEAF are finally crossing the Atlantic.
The Swedish heavy rock veterans have announced their first-ever North American tour, bringing their riff-driven catalog to the U.S. and Canada this fall in support of 2024’s “The Head & The Habit”.
The run kicks off with an appearance at RIPPLEFEST TEXAS before launching a string of club dates alongside fellow heavy rock standouts HOWLING GIANT and HIGH DESERT QUEEN.
For guitarist Tommi Holappa, the trip carries an extra layer of significance, as the band finally gets to perform in the country that helped shape its imagination.
“It’s been a long time, but finally the wait is over,” Holappa said. “We are beyond excited to go on tour in the very country that gave us our childhood heroes: Snake Plissken, John Rambo, Paul Kersey, Major Alan Schaefer, and many more.”
For fans of classic stoner rock, desert grooves, and Scandinavian heavy psych, this will be a long-awaited first encounter.
