SIGH To Return To The U.S. For First Tour Since 2008

Japanese eclectic metal veterans SIGH have announced their first full U.S. tour in nearly two decades.

The band will return to American stages this summer for a short West Coast run beginning July 28 in Seattle, Washington and concluding August 1 in Los Angeles, California. Atmospheric metal outfit DREADNOUGHT will join the tour as support on all dates.

While SIGH have appeared at select U.S. festivals over the years, the upcoming run will mark their first proper American tour since 2008.

Frontman Mirai Kawashima expressed his excitement about finally bringing the band back to the U.S. for a full tour.

I am really excited that SIGH are finally touring the U.S. again. We played at some U.S. festivals, but the last ‘tour’ was in 2008, so this is going to be the first U.S. tour in nearly two decades. I am 100% sure that now we have the strongest lineup ever during our 36-year career. Definitely you have never seen a stage like ours before. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the Asian horror theater.”

Tickets for the tour will go on sale Friday, March 13.
