70000 Tons of Metal Announces More Bands for 2026

With just 3 months to set sail, 70000 Tons of Metal 2026 has announced all but 9 bands (out of a lineup of 60). The latest announcements (since our last post) include VBO, Ignea, Arkona, Paradise Lost, Cemetery Skyline, Royal Hunt, Illumishade, Tribulation, Kanonenfieber, Izegrim, Bloodred Hourglass, and Darkane. 70000 Tons of Metal sails from Miami, Florida to Nassau, the Bahamas on January 29 to February 2, 2026.

70000 Tons of Metal 2026 will host the first-ever live on-stage performance of VBO. Also known as Vice Business Only, VBO, a turbo-charged fusion of synthwave swagger and heavy rock heat, is a newly formed project from Francesco Cavalieri, best known as the lead vocalist of Italian Power Metal band WIND ROSE.

70000 Tons of Metal 2026 also features the first two shows of IZEGRIM as they reunite after a 6-year hiatus. The band’s two shows on board will not only mark their reunion but will also celebrate their 30th anniversary.
